Tuesday started strong and ended with some recreation. The students have been working hard, but they need a break and some fun.

Students had the morning to prepare, which they needed because they had to digest all of the evidence produced on Monday, because your opponents are likely to use it.

After lunch there were two two hour debates, each with a lengthy critique of argumentation, strategy and delivery.

There was a huge rainstorm that last about 20 minutes, and it took place just as students were going to dinner. It rained VERY HARD, and students got wet because it was clear when they set out for dinner.  This was somewhat ironic because after dinner they had pool time scheduled, as if they weren’t wet enough. This was followed by a movie and the end of the day.
