A one-day tournament will be held. Sixteen teams from around the world have been chosen. They will debate in one seeding round, quarterfinals, semifinals and then a grand final round.  The winner will win the AMERICA’S CUP and will be asked to defend it the following year. All motions will be announced on Twitter.
