The policy debte rankings in the USA are now complete with the NDT rankings being published by Jim Hanson hansonjb@whitman.edu of Whitman College. The NDT college policy rankings also differentiate between the overall rankings and the “varsity” debate rankings. JV and novice results are also figured in to the overall rankings.
