KANSAS STATE UNIVERSITY ANNOUNCES FOUR NEW HIGH SCHOOL DEBATE INSTITUTES FOR SUMMER 1999

Kansas State University has announced the development of four new high school debate institutes to be held in summer 1999.

These debate institutes have been designed for high school students to provide a skills oriented debate experience that emphasizes improved performance in critical thinking, debate skills, argumentation theory, and research processes rather than placing a primary focus on producing evidence for the current resolution.
