The ideal candidate would have a Bachelor's degree and be admitted to the Master's program here at Texas Tech in Communication Studies. We would also like the candidate to have some forensics experience in Parliamentary Debate and/or Limited Prep/Public Address events. Forensics Assitants get thier own office, a generous stipend, an out-of-state tuition waiver, an automatic graduate forensics scholarship, and the opportunity for national travel. Texas Tech actively participates in both AFA and NPDA and has been successful at both. Texas Tech has four graduate students working with the programs along with a DOF and ADOF, so that we may offer a comprehensive coaching staff.
